Thanks to the generous donations of books from our school's community, we have shelved over 3,000 books to date.

Book Criteria:
- K-7th grade
- new or gently used
- no torn or marked pages
- no yellowing of pages
- no witchcraft, magic or other demonic content
Students make biweekly visits to the library to check out books, enjoy hands-on enrichment lessons, and learn valuable tools to that help them achieve and become the leaders of today.

Our goal is to improve the reading fluency, comprehension and literature appreciation of our students.
The VCCS King's Library has:
- an online catalog service
- Bi-weekly lessons
- the Raz-Kids Tracking Program
- a Read to Lead Incentive Program
- student volunteer opportunities
- annual book fair and drive
